Broadband phone service is taking the nation by storm, and rightly so. For the same type of service from a land line company, you would end up paying hundreds of dollars per month.

You should try out their services if you haven't tried internet calling before, and if you like it, then switch your current phone number to them. If you don't like their service, cancel it and you're only out a few bucks. My bet is that you will stay with their service, considering the same service from Qwest or SBC would cost you 10 times as much...
